Soul Train is the longest running, first -run, nationally syndicated program in television history. During its 37 year run, the show featured such staples as the Soul Train line and performers as important and diverse as Al Green, Ike & Tina Turner, Marvin Gaye, The Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Whitney Houston, David Bowie, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson and Beyoncé.

In the fall of 2009, SMG was recruited to oversee the editorial content and social media engagement duties of the to-be-launched SoulTrain.com. A small editorial staff was immediately assembled, and when the site launched officially on November 30, 2009, SMG live-tweeted the broadcast of the Soul Train Awards, raising awareness and driving traffic to the brand’s official online destination.

Editorial responsibility remains with SMG which includes maintaining overall editorial concept and tone of the site, recruiting and managing freelance contributors, developing the monthly editorial calendar, as well as writing and producing attention-grabbing, media-rich content that brings visitors back to the site daily. SMG also continues to foster social media relationships on behalf of Soul Train on both Facebook and Twitter.

Elaine Ferguson is a fine artist based in Dallas, Texas. Her work has been shown in galleries locally and in London.

She continues to turn out a body of work whose media includes traditional forms of printmaking, painting and sculpting. She combines them all creating works that are each a unique equation. Whether it’s a deconstructed guitar printed on canvas: made both fluid and feminine when painted onto board, or an amp box printed on canvas, then painted and shellacked into sculptural form, Elaine’s works are inspired and unique. – www.enferguson.com

Elaine looked to SMG to update her web presence for a fresher, edgier look. She also wanted the freedom to control the content on her website, and not rely on a webmaster for simple information and event updates. The solution prepared for Elaine is a blog-based format that efficiently organizes her works, press, biography, and news.

Testimonial:

I am really happy with the level of professionalism Quia had in our meetings. She listened to my concerns and ideas for my website and had excellent customer service. Plus, the design she created for my website is fantastic! -Elaine Ferguson, Dallas, TX

All businesses, large and small, should know the benefit of having a professional-looking web presence. Even if people learn of your business though other channels, chances are, they’re heading straight to the Internet to do some research on you. What will they see when they get there?

Possibly the worst thing next to not having a website at all, is having an unprofessional one. You could be offering the next best product or service to hit your city, but you’ll have to fight skepticism if your business presence isn’t credible. Just as much effort as you would put into your company name, branding, and advertising should go into your website and that’s why we need to talk.

Supreme Media Group, LLC can produce high-quality, turnkey websites with prices starting as low as $250. Give your business the credibility it needs for less capital than you ever thought possible.

The market is tough, give your business the attention it deserves and the best presentation possible. Contact us today for a consult.

We are proud to announce San Francisco 49ers CB Tarell Brown as one of the first clients for Stallion Sports Marketing. Brown is a three-year veteran of the Niners and has been a regular play-maker since his arrival to the team. At the rate of his performance, he is poised for a starting position which will undoubtedly boost him into the limelight.

Brown’s agent, Brian Overstreet, often tells his agents to prepare for greatness. And with that preparation is being ready when stardom finds you. Brown began working with Stallion Sports Marketing in September 2009 to revamp his web presence and direct his online marketing strategy.

There are countless ways for pro athletes to boost awareness and generate extra revenue using their websites.

Brown’s website features a mailing list (the Fan Zone), SMS alerts, a pro shop (managed by Flying Colors Sports), and multiple video and photo features. We are looking forward to partnering with Brown to take our efforts offline with his third annual Summer Sportsfest slated for July 2010.

This promises to be Brown’s biggest Sportsfest yet, with unprecedented publicity and corporate sponsorship opportunities, all with the support of his alma mater, North Mesquite High School. Join the Tarell Brown Fan Zone to stay informed of our partnered efforts.
